PLEASE NOTE: Session availability is 100% based around my daughters sports schedule. If any events change or game dates are added your session date/time may be rescheduled.

*If you do not see a location for your session time/date please reach out to choose your location ASAP or list it in the notes at checkout.( within 30min of Heyworth IL)

* Kickapoo Park ( Downs IL ) - Choose 1 of 2 areas ( wood walkway or bridge area) to have your 20 minute session at. or book a 40min session and have both!

Centennial Park ( Heyworth - Recommended in Fall only)
Fransen Nature Preserve ( Normal IL)
ISU Horticulture Center (Norrmal IL)
McGraw Park (Bloomington IL)

Private/personal/home properties do require a 60minute session due to not being able to book additional time slots.

Listings are for 20minute increments. If you would like a 40 minute or 60 minute time slot select back to back time slots (for a 60 minute time slot please message JRP to add a third 20minute increment). Your remaining balance will be due at your session time.
Retainers:
20 minutes: $35 Retainer = $200 due at session time
40 minutes: $70 Retainer (2 time slots selected) = $270 due at session time
60 minutes: $105 Retainer (3 time slots selected) = $340 due at session time

Outdoor Sessions (Starting at $235):
1.) 20 minute ( up to 20 min, some sessions may not need the full time) outdoor session (usually all you need for smaller immediate families with 3 or less!)- $235 - Choice of 15 digital files ( additional in gallery available for purchase).

2.) 40min outdoor session (recommended for 2 or more children or if you have an outfit change or just want more time and images )- $340 Please message for availability. 20-30 digital files.

3.) 60min outdoor session (Needed for specific location requests within 45min of Heyworth/private property), children that need more time to warm up, 1-2 outfit changes, and extended family sessions). $445. Each additional person past 10 is $15. Generally 30-40 Digital files.

**Weekend Availability session fees ( 20minute- $285, 40min- $390, 60min - $495)

This listing is for your non-refundable retainer only! The remaining will be due at your session time. - Cash or Venmo -

Before checking out please contact JRP for availability if you don't see availability in the drop down. (All time slots are by default set to 20 min sessions, if you would like a specific location please message before booking as a location may have already be chosen for that date. All sessions are shot at Sunset with 1 location per day.

**Retainer must be paid to book your session. Gift certificates may be used at the time of your session for any remaining balances. Remaining balances are due the day of your session time.

In the event that the session must be cancelled ( not by photographer) all together the retainer is non refundable and can not be used towards another session. Your session may be rescheduled to retain your retainer within 3 weeks from your original session date - Based on JRP availability only). Retainers may only be refunded if JRP has to reschedule due to a schedule conflict and no other alternative dates given by JRP work with the client. In the event a 40 or 60minute session is booked and can not be rescheduled or modified to a smaller session time JRP may feel it necessary to refund any paid retainer for the session that can no longer be held.

****Turn around time to receive your digital files is approx 3 weeks( not counting holidays). Once they are finished you will receive a proofing gallery where you may order prints as well as a download link to retrieve your files
