Santa Mini Session
PLEASE READ!: If you already have a time slot and are wanting to switch to a time slot in this listing you will need to place a new retainer for the new time slot and note which time slot you currently have and are forfeiting. Please do not message me asking to change times (your retainer used to hold your current time slot (which i will then need to try to fill) was that, a retainer, it will not be refunded or carried over to a new time slot.

**Please make sure to select the correct time slot! If you check out and then realize you need another date/time you acknowledge you forfeit your retainer from your currently booked spot and must place a new retainer to hold the new date/time slot and I will resell your time slot. There are no exceptions. Sessions may not be swapped or resold.
*Please note if you are worried your child will will not be a fan of Santa this year and you would like us to hide Santa at the beginning of your session you will need to book a 10min time slot - you must notify us before your session date that you would like Santa Hidden.

*1 outfit - Please come dressed and ready, sessions are back to back.
*max 4 children per session spot - unless approved otherwise by JRP
(multiple session spots may be purchased to accomodate additional immediate children - Sessions with shots with extended family require each immediate family to have their own session in order for a group shot).
*session fees retainers are non refundable and non transferable to anyone else. If you can no longer make your session your retainer will be forfeited and I will re-open the spot.
**$65 Super Santa Mini session spots are booked via $15 non refundable retainer - Remainder of $50 will be due at time of session via cash

Studio Location: 407 S Buchanan Heyworth IL - our studio is behind our home ( follow the sidewalk to the left). If you arrive early we ask that you please wait in your car until about 1 minute before your session ( its a short walk :P) as seats are limited in the studio and we do not want any kiddos startled while visiting Santa.
****Turn around time to receive your digital files is 3 weeks. Rush option available if you would like them sooner. Once they are finished you will receive a proofing gallery where you may order prints as well as a download your chosen images.
**Any free studio minis received with promos and Black Friday Promos do not apply to themed minis.
